小商品标准国际化实践与探索

Abstract：Withthe in-depthadvancementofinstitutionalopening-upandthe acceleratedrestructuring of international trade rules，standards internationalization has become acoreapproach to break down trade barriersand enhance the international competitivenessof industries.As a core hubof global commoditytrade， Yiwu，despiteboasting a large trade scale and anextensive coverage，has long been plagued by development bottlenecks such as inconsistent marketaccess standardsand insufficient initiativeof trade entities instandards application.Takingthe practiceof the internationalization of commodity standards in Yiwu as a research sample，this paper systematically analyzes the development status of Yiwu’s commodity industry，explains thecore roles of the internationalization of commodity standards in reducing trade risks，constructing a quality information transmision bridge，and making voices heard on the global stage，outlines its three-dimensional implementation path of“platform construction-standards supplypromotion and application”，and puts forward optimization suggestions including building a coordinated development ecosystem，constructing an open co-creation platform，and strengthening the development of international standards.

The research shows that the transformation path from“product going global" to“standards going global” explored by Yiwu provides replicable practical experience for the internationalization of standards in similar industries in China; in the future，by summarizing and promoting successful regional models and depening international cooperation，we can promote the deeper integration of Chinese standards into the global economic and trade system，and provide solid support for institutional opening-up and the construction of a trade power.
