Abstract： Withtherapiddevelopmentof inteligenttechnology，howtoachieve efcientregulationwithoutdisrupting users has become acritical isue.This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of edge inteligence and nonintrusiveregulation，andstudies theconstruction ofastandards system frameworkcovering datacollction，processing， and security assurance. The study finds that edge intelligence can effectively reduce data transmission latency， meetingthe demandsofreal-time regulation.The establishment ofthis standards systemcanresolvecompatibility and standardization issues incross-industry applications，while providing technical supportand reference solutions for the implementation of non-intrusive regulation technologies and the development of sectoral standards.
