Abstract: Discrete manufacturing enterprises often face knowledge and experience fragmentation,insuficient experience transfer,and high reuse costs.This paper proposes a standardization-oriented approach to build a digital experience knowledge base,therebyreconstructing corporate knowledge inheritance.The core methodology involves developing enterprise standards tounify knowledge clasificationand management processes; integrating information systems such as QMS,MES,and PLM to embed and interconnect knowledge across the entire “R&D-productionoperation-learning”value chain;and leveraging AI for deep integration and intelligent services.Thiscase breaks down organizational knowledge barriers,enables eficient experiencereuseand preventive management,anddelivers notable benefits—including a 35% improvement in production effciency, a 33% reduction in R&D cycle, and a product qualification rate above 99.95% . The case provides a replicable methodology and practical path for standardization construction in discrete manufacturing enterprises,establishes a benchmark forknowledge-experience management in the digital transformationofsmalland medium-sizedenterprisesin China,andhasbeenrecognizedbytheMinistryof Industryand Information TechnologyasaNational Model CaseofIntegrationof the DigitalandReal Economy.
