Standardization Construction Path of Project Management for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Programs for Private University Students

Abstract： The innovation and entrepreneurship training programs foruniversitystudents isan importantcomponentof the practical educationsysteminuniversities，andthequalityof projectmanagement directlyafects the efectiveness of education.Inresponse tothe problemsof inconsistent standards，unclearresponsibilities，and unclear assessment in the institutional process， mentor guidance，and achievement evaluation of some private universities，this article proposes a constructionpath froma standardization perspective，including improving the execution process，clarifying mentorresponsibilities，and buildinganachievement evaluation system.The aim is to enhance the standardization and operational eficiency of project management， and provide ideas and references for optimizing the education mechanism of private universities.
