Abstract： Objective： To explore the application effect of ful-process standardized nursing in the prevention of incontinence dermatitis inEICU patients.Methods：A total of 126 patients inthe EICUofa tertiaryhospital from June 2023 to February 2O25 were included in this study.They were randomlydivided intoa control group and an experimental group， with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional skin nursing， while the experimental group adopted the ful-process standardized nursing.Data fromboth groups were collected and compared foranalysis.Results：Compared with thecontrol group，the experimental grouphad significantly lower incidenceof IAD during the EICU stay （P<0.05） ; The experimental group had higher GCQ scores in terms of comfort in all aspects （2 （P<0.05） ; After diferent nursing methods，the SF-36 scores of the experimental group were significantly higher in all dimensions of quality of life （P<0.05） ; The satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The full-process standardized nursing has shown significant advantages in preventing incontinence dermatitis in EICU patients，which can significantly reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis， improve patients' medical experience，and is worthy of widespread promotion and further research.
