标准化流程管理在多重耐药菌医院感染控制中的应用

Abstract：Objective：To explore the application value of standardized process management in nosocomial infection control of multidrug-resistant bacteria. Methods： A total of 50 staf working in the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2022 to July 2023，including nursing staff，disinfection technicians and auxiliary workers， were selected tocompare thenosocomial infection control effectof multidrug-resistant bacteria beforeandafter the implementation of standardized process management. Before and after the implementation of hospital perception management basedon standardized procedures，lOO patients were selected to calculate the incidence and satisfaction of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection beforeand after implementation.Results：After the implementationof standardized process management，the execution efficiency of nosocomial infection control of multidrug-resistant bacteria was improved significantly （P<0.05） .After the implementation， the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection was lower than that before the implementation，and the satisfaction of nosocomial infection control management quality was increased，with significant difference （P<0.05） ）.Conclusion：In the nosocomial infection control of multidrug-resistant bacteria，the implementation of standardized process management can improve work efficiency，reduce the risk of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection，and improve satisfaction.
