标准化综合护理在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

Abstract： Objective：To explore the application value of standardizedcomprehensive nursing in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods： 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease from March 2023 to March 2025 in the Qilu Hospitalof Shandong University were selected and divided into a control group and an observationgroupaccording to the principle ofrandomization，with 50cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived routine nursing measures，while the observation group received standardized comprehensive nursing interventions. The intervention effects were compared.Results： After intervention，the levels ofFVC，FEV1，FEV1/FVC，and PEF in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） ; The SGRQ and CAT scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） ; The COPD-QOL scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： In patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， implementing standardized comprehensive nursing can improve their lung function and disease symptoms， and enhance their quality of life.
