标准化术前准备流程对手术室护理质量管理的影响

Abstract： Objective： To explore the influence of standardized preoperative preparation processes on the quality management of operating room nursing. Methods： Eighty surgical patients admitted to the Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional preoperative preparation， while the observation group implemented a standardized preoperative preparation process.The preoperative preparation time，the completeness rate of instrument preparation，the score of nursing qualityand the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results：The preoperative preparation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P<0.05） . The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） ： The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . The rate of complete instrument preparation in the observation group Was slightly higher than that in the control group （P>0.05） . Conclusion： The standardized preoperative preparation process significantly reduces adverse events such as instrument defects and verification omisions byrefining the dimension management of nursing quality， and improves the quality of nursing in the operating room.
