Application Effect of Standardized Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Nursing in the Postoperative Care of Patients Undergoing Cholelithiasis Surgery

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in the postoperative care of patients undergoing cholelithiasis surgery.Methods: Eighty patients admited to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgeryof Wuwei Liangzhou Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 wererandomlyselected as the research objects and equally divided into the control group and the observation group by the digital table method,with 40 cases ineach group.Thecontrol group was given routine perioperative care,while the observation group was given standardized enhanced recovery after surgery care.The incidence of postoperative complications and postoperativerecovery of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative qualityof lifeof the patients was analyzed.Results: The incidence of postoperativecomplications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P
