中医医院标准化急救护理在老年急诊危重症患者抢救中的应用价值分析

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application efect of standardized emergency nursing for elderly emergency criticallillpatients intraditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods：Eighty elderly emergencycriticallyillpatients admited to the Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2O24 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and theexperimental group bythe digital parity method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing，while the experimental group received standardizedemergencynursingintraditional Chinesemedicinehospitals.Theemergency-relatedindicators，incidence of dangerous events，success rate of rescue and satisfaction with care were compared between the groups. Results： The emergency response-related indicators of the experimental group were all shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05） ; The incidence of dangerous events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） The success rate of rescue of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） ; The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The introduction of standardized emergency nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the rescue of elderly emergency criticallyillpatientshasasignificantefect.Itcanreducetheincidenceofdangerous events，improvetheefciencyof emergency nursing and the success rate of rescue， and have relatively high nursing evaluation.
