标准化背景下英语教师专业发展路径重构研究

Abstract：Against the backdrop of the continuous advancement of educational standardization，the professional development of English teachers is confronted with new opportunities and challenges.Based on this，this paper focuseson the currentsituation and predicamentofEnglish teachers’professionaldevelopment under the background of standardization，and proposes path reconstruction strategies from four dimensions：goals，contents，models and evaluations.Itis expectedto provide theoretical references and practical guidanceforEnglishteachers to adapt to the requirements ofstandardizationand improve their professionalqualities，thereby promoting theoverallimprovementof English education quality.
