Application Effect of Standardized Detailed Nursing on Elderly Patients Receiving Emergency Intravenous Infusion in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of elderly patients receiving emergency intravenous infusion receiving standardized detailed nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods： Sixty elderly patients who received intravenous infusion treatment in the Emergency Department of Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and anobservation group according to the lotery method，with 30 cases ineach group.The control group received conventional infusion nursing，while the observation group received standardized detailed nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The infusion waiting time，residual infusion amount，adverse infusion events，service status of nursing work and nursing effect of the patients were evaluated，and the data results were compared and analyzed.Results：The waiting time forinfusion，theresidualamountofinfusion，and the incidenceof adverse infusion events in the observation group were allower than those in the control group.The score of nursing Work service and the effective rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized detailed nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has a good application efect on elderly patients receiving emergency intravenous infusion and should be promoted.
