学生与教师共建的标准化产科护理临床带教思政教育模式研究

Abstract: Objective:To establish a standardized ideological and political education model for clinical teaching in obstetric nursing jointlybuilt by students and teachers,and clarify the implementation path of this model. Methods: A total of 120 nursing students and 30 clinicalteaching instructors who were doing internships in the Obstetrics DepartmentofJiangning Clinical MedicalCollgeofKangda College,NanjingMedical University(TheAfliated Jiangning HospitalofNanjing Medical University)fromJanuary2024toDecember2024 wereselectedas theresearch objects.The traditional teaching modelwas implementedfrom January2024 toJune 2024.A standardized ideological and political educationmodel for clinical teaching in obstetric nursing jointlybuilt by students and teachers were implemented from July 2024 toDecember 2024.The students’cognitionand attitude toward ideologicaland political education,the integration of ideologicaland political education by teachers,and the teaching efectunder the coconstruction model was evaluated.Results:After implementation,students’cognition andatitude toward ideological andpoliticaleducation,teachers’abilitytointegrateideologicalandpoliticaleducation,andteachingefectiveness were significantly improved (P<0.05) .Conclusion:The standardized ideological and political education model for clinical teaching in obstetric nursing jointly built by students and teachershas a good implementation effect and is worthy of promotion.
