Abstract： Under theconditions of the modern market economy，the qualitymanagement systemhas becomearegular way for enterprises tooperateand manage.Theroleofmarket regulation standards in market regulation is increasingly prominent. However，there are problems such as insufficient goal coordination and poor connection of indicators， which lead to high costs for regulation and law-abiding enterprises.Especialy in the process of the iterative and updated development of emerging industries，the fragmented development model isdifficult to meet the demands of quality governance.This study analyzes the theoretical basis，significance and value，challnges and methods and approaches of the integrated applicationof quality management systems and market regulation standards，and explores the feasibilityandcountermeasuresof the integratedapplicationof quality management systems and market regulation standards.It provides theoretical basis forresolving the predicament of enterprise qualityimprovement and the effectiveness of market regulation，and offers ideas for promoting the modernization of market order governance， creating a high-quality development environment，and advancing high-quality economic development. 随着现代市场经济的进一步发展，质量管理体系成为企业高效运行及低风险经营的可靠手段，而市场监管标准则成为规范市场行为、维护竞争秩序、保护消费者权益的制度工具，其在质量监管、保护市场秩序方面存在一致性，但也存在目标协同不足、指标衔接不畅等问题，导致企业合规成本增加与监管资源浪费的双重困境，尤其在新兴产业不断涌现的背景下，这种脱节的管理模式愈发难以满足质量监管需求。（剩余3747字）
