Abstract:Amphibious vehicles face high corrosion risks in a marine atmospheric environment. Given the specific operational environment ofamphibious vehicles,this paper analyzes the causes of vehicle corrosion and identifies astandards system framework for corrosion prevention and control of amphibious vehicles.It covers various aspects including scheme argumentation,enginering design,manufacturing,testing and evaluation,storage and transportation,as wellas maintenance.Aditionally,it providesoptimization suggestions forthe standardssystem by improving communication mechanisms,accelerating theconversionof technical achievements into standards,and reinforcing the development and promotion of maintenance standards.

1.1大气环境因素
海洋大气环境中温度、湿度、降水量、大气成分、太阳辐射等自然环境因素耦合作用,是造成涉海车辆金属零部件锈蚀,非金属零部件(如橡胶、塑料)老化、龟裂、溶解的主要原因之一。(剩余7000字)
