Application of Standardized Reasonable Behavior Substitution Nursing Model in the Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia

Abstract： Objective： To study the application value of the standardized reasonable behavior alternative nursing model inthe postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods： Fiftypatients admitted to the Second Afliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into two groups bythe random number table method.The control group continued with conventional care，while the observation group adopted the standardized reasonable behavior substitution nursing model.The assessment results of postoperative recoverytime， pain perception，anxiety，self-care abilityand compliance behavior were compared. Results：The time indicators of indwelling urinary catheter， getting out of bed for activities，and resuming eating in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05） .TheVASand SASscoresof the observation group were both lower than those of the control group （P<0.05） . The ESCA and compliance behavior scores of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The application ofstandardized reasonable behavior substitution nursing model in the postoperative rehabilitationof elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia is more conduciveto accelerating therehabilitationspeed of elderly patients，helping them improve self-care abilityandcompliance with medical advice，and atthe same time improving their negative emotions and pain perception， which has high clinical value.
