Abstract: Artificial intelligence is the development trend of the future society. It brings convenience to production and life and provides the possibility of accelerating the translation of culture. Against this background, non-literary translation is constantly upgrading. But what about literary translation? What is the way out for human translators? This article focuses on literary translation empowered by artificial intelligence and explores the possibility and strategies of the co-progression of artificial intelligence and literary translation from aspects such as its application, advantages and disadvantages, and coping strategies in the context of information technology.
