Analysis of Interdisciplinary Terminology in Middle School Chinese Textbooks//QU Yonghui, LIU Rui

Abstract: Terminology is an important part of the discourse system of teaching materials. This paper takes interdisciplinary terms in the unified Chinese textbook as the object, and through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, investigates the statistical characteristics of terms from three aspects: discipline, order and aggregation. This paper also describes their actual use from the aspects of definition, presentation and teaching function. The research is helpful to improve the construction of discourse system of Chinese textbooks and provide support for interdisciplinary teaching of Chinese in middle schools.
