Practice of Teaching Reform of Core Terminology in Medical Immunology under OBE Guidance// ZHANG Xia

Abstract: Medical immunology is a fundamental course in the field of medicine, which involves the basic mechanisms of the immune system and principles of disease prevention and control. Due to its complex logical content, abstract concepts, and numerous professional terms, students are prone to difficulties in understanding it during the learning process. Guided by the OBE concept, this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching core medical immunology terminology, and emphasizes the use of multiple teaching methods such as metaphorical teaching, case teaching, and animation teaching to lower the threshold for understanding terminology and deepen the link between core terminology and clinical applications. Our research shows that reformed teaching methods can effectively respond to students' needs and provide practical references and scalable improvement paths for teaching core medical immunology terminology.
