AbstractThe Fourth Plenary Session of the 2Oth Central Commiteeof the Communist Party of China (CPC)and its deliberatedand adopted Recommendations of the CPCCentral Commiteeon Formulating the15th Five-YearPlan for NationalEconomic andSocial Development (hereinafter referredtoas the Recommendations) have systematically drawn a strategic blueprint for advancing Chinese modernizationin the future.Ideological and politicalcourses incolleges and universities are key to fulfiling the fundamental task offostering virtue through education,and they should promptly promote the integrationofthesession's spirit into textbooks,classrooms and students'minds.Fromthe three dimesions of value implication,basic prnciples and practical paths,this paper systematicaly expounds the inherent logic,guiding rationaleandcountermeasures forintegrating thesesson'sspirit intoideological andpoliticalcourses,aiming toadvance the high-quality development of ideological and political teaching through the Party's innovative theories.
