AbstractThetransformationandupgrading ofthe tourismindustryhas put forward newrequirements forthecultivation of vocational talents，and the mismatch between the curiculum system and job competency standards is becoming increasingly prominent.The current tourism management major has problems such as lagging behind industrydemand in curriculumdesign，contiuing knowledge-basedteachingdesign，andsuperficialcooperationbetweenschoolsandenterprises. The ntegration ofschooland tourism provides a feasible path forcurriculum reform.School travel integration starts with jobstandardsanddesigns traiingobjectivesinreverse，decomposing vocationalabilitiesintomeasurableskillidicators; Introducing practical teaching ofenterprise real scene reconstruction，enabling students toachieve abilitytransformation in the processof solving practical problems; Establish a dual mentor colaboration mechanism，clarify the divisionof responsibilities betweencollge teachers and enterprise mentors，form acomprehensive training system，andpromote deep coupling between the education chain and the industry chain.
