Cultivation of Clinical Decision-making Ability for Nursing Students

AbstractAgainst the backdropof healthcare environment transformation,clinical decision-making competence has becomeacore profesionalcompetencyfornursing students,withitscultivationqualitydirectlylinked tonursingsafetyand carerdevelopment.Currently,callengespersistinitscultivation,icdingcognitivebiases,omogezedthkingtraing, disconnection between clinical decision-making authority and responsibility,and the absence of interdisciplinary perspectives.Based on this,the article proposes targeted teaching strategies byreconstructing cognitive frameworks, establishingdiferentiatedthinkingtrainngsystems,restoringcliicaldecision-makingauthorityresponsibilitycontexts,nd integrating interdisciplinarycollaborative perspectives.These measures aim to enhance students'clinical decision-making thinkingandadaptabilityinclinicalpractice,providing theoreticalsupportfornursingeducationreform,withthegoalof achieving precise alignment between nursing talent cultivationand the collaborative demands of modern healthcare.
