AbstractThe article takes theanalysisof the curent effectivenessof ideologicaland political work in universities as the starting point，pointingoutthe practical dificulties inimproving thequalityandeficiencyofideologicalandpolitical educationinuniversities，namelythecoexistence of weak teacher capabilitiesandimbalanced structure，insufficient pertinence and integration of teaching content， the disconnection between the selection and application of teaching methods and the needs of the times，and the single index and directional deviation ofthe evaluation mechanism system; Proposean optimizationpathforimproving the qualityandefficiencyofideologicalandpoliticaleducation inuniversities， which includesstrengthening theconstructionofthe teaching stafftam，buildingadualmechanismof"capacityenhancement + structura optimization"，innovating the supply of teaching content， achieving dual breakthroughs of"demand-oriented + integration and symbiosis"，innovating teaching methods and means，creating a dual mode of "interactive experience + digitalempowerment"，improving theevaluationmechanismsystem，andestablishingthedualpriniplesof"effctiveness oriented + diversified participation".
