Practical Paths and Optimization Strategies for the Connection between Higher Education and Vocational Education in the Construction of a Skilled Society

AbstractInthe context ofbuilding askilled society，the effective connection between higher educationand vocational educationhas becomeakeypath topromote thehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftechnicalandskilledtalents.Inresponse tothe current callenges facedbytheintegrationofvocationaland general education，suchasinstitutional barrers，curiclum disconection，andresourcedispersion，thisarticleisbasedonthetheoreticalfoundationofcompetencybasededucation.It proposes to constructa practical path from four dimensions： deepening thereform ofexamination and enrollment， promoting curriculum modularization construction， innovating resource sharing mechanisms，and improving the comprehensive evaluation system.It is also supported by systematicoptimizationstrategies suchas improving laws and regulations， cultivating "dual qualified" teachers，and providingregionalclasification guidance.This provides feasible implementation plans for building a modern vocational education system that is vertically connected and horizontally integrated.
