Research on the Practice of Pre-internship Professional Norm Education for Higher Vocational Students under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

AbstractDeepening the integration of industryand education is a clear development direction of the country，and vocational education for vocational colege studentsbefore internships is the keyto connecting campus training with enterprise practice.Integrating industry standards and corporate culture into campus teaching can enhance students' intemship adaptability and professionalcompetence.The article clarifies thecomposite composition of pre internship Vocational educationcontent，elucidates its unique value that differs fromconventional moral education，andconstructs a set of operable implementation strategies.Adhering to the requirements of industry education integration and conducting systematic pre internship vocational education can efectively bridge the gap between school enterprise education and lay the foundation for students to successfully complete job internships.
