Cultivation of Professional Quality of Nursing Students in Secondary Vocational Basic Nursing Teaching

AbstractAt present，basic nursing teaching insecondaryvocational schools mostlyfocuses onskil teaching，while insufficient attention is paid to thecultivation of nursing students'professionalquality， which is difficult to meet the needs of primary medical care for comprehensive nursing talents. This paper analyzes the necesity of cultivating professionalqualityofursingstudents，deines fourcorecontents： profesonalethics，professionalabilityumistic care and professional behavior，and then puts forward cultivation paths including curriculum reform，teaching innovation and practice strengthening. It provides a reference for improving the quality ofsecondary vocational nursing teaching and cultivating nursing talents meeting post requirements.
