Application of Rapid-Cycle Deliberate Practice in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Skills Training for Nursing Interns

AbstractObjective：To explore the effect ofrapid cycle deliberate practiceon the development of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）skillsinnursing inters.Methods：Aclustersampling methodwas employed，with nursing intem from July1toOctobe4，steotrolgoupdtoefroNoeber4，toebruary5，asteetal group，eachconsistingof35participants.CPRwasselectedastheskilltraningcontent，withthecontrolgroupreceiving traditionalskilltrainingandtheexperimentalgroupundergoingrapidcycledeliberatepractice.Post-training，theself-effcacy inCPRskilspositivepslogicalapialevelsfnalssessmntesndacngiactinwreompdeteen the twogroups.Results：Theexperimental group exhibited significantly higherself-eficacyinCPRskillsand positive psychological capital levels than the control group （P<0.05） ，while demonstrating notable advantages in final assessment scores and course satisfaction （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Applying the RCDP teaching model to CPR skilltraining for nursing internsefectivelyenhancestheirclinicalpracticeabilities，ooststheirself-icacyinCPRskilsandpositivepsychological capital，and promotes an overall improvement in teaching satisfaction.
