AbstractThe knowledge system of medical immunology courses is complex,with abstract concepts and intricate mechanisms.The design of personalized learning paths under traditional teaching models faces practical challenges such as insufficientaccuracy in diagnosing learning situations,lack of targeted matching oflearning resources,and weak ability todynamically adjust paths.The article is supported by artificial intelligence technology and explores the design strategies and implementation plans ofpersonalized learning paths in medical immunology fromthreedimensions: learning analysis driven diagnosis and learner profiling, intelligent matching of learning resources supported by knowledge graphs,and dynamic leaming path generation and optimization for individual diferences.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for the teaching reform of basic medical courses.
