AbstractIn response to the problemsof theoretical abstraction,strong practicality,and students'diffculty in understanding inthe teaching ofrock mechanics courses,this article combines thenew trendof artificial intellgence technology development and explores the reform ofrock mechanics course teaching in the field of safety engineering from thre aspects: course content reconstruction,teaching method inovation,and optimization of assessment and evaluation system.By introducingartificial intellgence technology,students'learning interest has beenffectively enhanced,theirabilitytosolvecomplexgeotechnicalengineringsafetyproblems has beenstrengthened,andtheyhave become composite innovative talents that meet the requirements of the new era.
