AbstractTherapid development of digital intellgence technologyhas provided new momentum for the systematic reformofthe talenttraining modelinhigher education.From theperspectiveof "digital intellgence empowerment",this paper systematicallyexplores the theoretical logic,practical dilemmas and practical paths for the reconstructionof the talent trainingparadigm inhighereducation.Atthe teoretical level,itexplainshowdigital intelligence empowerment promotesthe transformationoftalenttrainingfrom "knowledge transmisson" to "wisdomcreation"fromfourdimensions: goalreshaping,processreengineering,evaluationinnovationandgovemancechange.Atthepracticallevel,itanalys the dilemmas in technology integration,subjectcognition,ethical normsandsystemcoordination.Atthepractical level, it puts forward a four-dimensional path of concept guidance,technology foundation, teaching reconstruction and system guarantee to promote the systematic reconstruction of the talent training system in higher education.
