Research on the "Course-Post-Competition-Certificate" Integration Model of Higher Vocational Preschool Education Major Oriented by Core Literacy

AbstractTo meet the demand forhigh-qualitydevelopment in the preschooleducation industryand achieve the goal of cultivating core competencies,higher vocational preschool education majors need to establish a scientific talent training model.Basedonthis,the article,grounded ina competency-oriented approach,clarifies thecoreelements and positioningofthe "curiculum-post-competition-certification"integrated model,elaborates onthefourguiding principles for model construction,and proposes actionable implementation pathways.The aim is to improve the talent training systemforhigher vocationalpreschooleducation,enhance thequalityoftalentcultivation,andsupporthedevelopment of earlychildhood teacher teams.
