AbstractTo meet the demand forhigh-qualitydevelopment in the preschooleducation industryand achieve the goal of cultivating core competencies，higher vocational preschool education majors need to establish a scientific talent training model.Basedonthis，the article，grounded ina competency-oriented approach，clarifies thecoreelements and positioningofthe "curiculum-post-competition-certification"integrated model，elaborates onthefourguiding principles for model construction，and proposes actionable implementation pathways.The aim is to improve the talent training systemforhigher vocationalpreschooleducation，enhance thequalityoftalentcultivation，andsupporthedevelopment of earlychildhood teacher teams.
