AbstractWith therapiddevelopmentofthe pharmaceuticalindustry，society has putforward higher requirements for the practical and innovative abilitiesofapplied pharmaceuticaltalents.Pharmaceutical skils training，asacorecourse thatconnects theoryandpractice inthefieldofpharmacydirectlyaffectsstudents'jobadaptabilityintermsof eaching quality.This article addresses the problems in pharmaceutical skils training teaching at the School of Pharmacy， Shenzhen University of Technology. From multiple dimensions such as restructuring teaching content， inovating teaching methods，integrating teaching modulesand platformresources，it explores inovative paths forexperimental teaching based on thecultivationofappliedtalents.Practice hasshown that teaching innovation caneffectively enhance students'comprehensive skillsand professional qualities， providing strong support for cultivating applied pharmaceutical talents that meet industry needs.
