Construction of Innovative Model of English Teaching in Higher Vocational Education under the Framework of Professional Certification

AbstractThe professional certification framework, with a focus on results oriented,competency based,and continuous improvement, provides clear guidance for the improvement and upgrading of vocational English teaching. Inresponse tothe current diffculties facedby vocational English teaching,such asthe disconnectionbetween goals and jobrequirements,the mismatchbetween contentand industryreality,andthe inconsistencybetween evaluation and certification standards,this articleis basedon thecore logic of professonal certification and the policyorientation of vocationaleducation.Fromthethreedimensionsofteachinggoals,content,andevaluation,itconstructsa"professional -English- job" trinity goal system,a "scenario-task -corpus" three-dimensional linkage content resource,and a "diversified-dynamic-closed-loop"evaluation mechanism,providing a practicalpath for vocationalEnglish teaching to transform from "knowledge imparting" to "ability cultivation",and helping vocational education achievethe quality requirements of professional certification.
