Research on Precise Funding Strategies in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Students' Career Development

AbstractIn current university work，the traditional single economic funding method is no longer able to meet the comprehensive development needs ofstudents fromeconomicallydisadvantaged families.Inorderto break this dilemma， the article proposes acareerdevelopment oriented funding andeducation strategy based onthe practical needs ofstudents' careerdevelopment.This strategy integrates theconceptofprecise funding，aiming to identifystudents fromeconomically disadvantaged families throughmultidimensional needs and provide accurate portraits.Itutilizes hierarchical supportand colaborativelinkage withoncampusandoffcampusresources todeliver funding toindividualsaccurately，andevaluates theeffectiveness of the funding througha dynamic feedback mechanism.This strategycan provide fullprocess support for students'academic，ability development，and employment，and has achieved expected results in empirical testing， realizing the synchronous promotion of poverty alleviation and career development.
