Practice of Integrated Teaching Reform of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Major from the Perspective of Technician Education

AbstractWith therapiddevelopmentofthe new energyvehicleindustry,the traditionalautomotiverepair talenttraining model faces severe chalenges. Under the guidance oftechnical education emphasizing professionalism and practicality, the new energy vehicle repair field urgently needs to implement integrated work-study teaching reforms.To this end,the article establishes a modularcuriculum system orientedtoward positions andcompetency progression,depens ascholenterprise collaboration mechanism characterized by"diverse coordination and mutual benefit,"innovates teaching methods centered on students and task-driven approaches,and developsa diversified evaluation system combining "process + outcomes" and "competency + literacy." These measures effectively address issues such as outdated teaching content,separationof theory and practice,and insuficient depth inschool-enterprisecollaboration.The practical implementationhas significantlyenhanced students'practicalskilsandcomprehensivequalities,providingafeasible pathway to cultivate high-quality technical talents that meet industry demands.
