AbstractProfesional certificationisan important wayforvocationalcoleges toimprove thequalityof talent cultivation.Atpresent，theclinicalmedicine majorinvocationalcoleges hasnotyetformedanindependentandaccurately positioned professonal certificationsystem.Therearestillsignificant deviations in professional layoutand construction， evaluationsystemand qualitystandards，andalack ofstandardizationand unity， whichaffects theefectiveevaluationof talentcultivation quality.The article takestheintegration of industryandeducationasthe guide，draws onthe domestic undergraduate clinicalmedicine professionalcertification standards，benchmarks the professional teaching standardsof higher vocational clinical medicine majors and the professional standardsof national practicing assistant physicians， explores theconstructionofaclinical medicine professionalcertification indexsystemthatconforms tothecharacteristics of higher vocational education，and aims to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the establishmentof a quality assurance system for higher vocational clinical medicine teaching.
