Exploration on the Coupling Mechanism Between Ideological and Political Education and Innovative Talent Training in "Double First-Class" Universities

AbstractAiming at the insufficient coupling problem between ideological and political education and innovative talent training in"DoubleFirst-Class"universities，this paper combines national education policyrequirements and the law of university talentcultivationto analyze the necesity oftheir coupling，and explores in-depth problems such as value logic tension，disciplinary barrers，static mechanisms，andadministrative drive.Furthermore，itconstructs four major coupling mechanisms：logical coordination，disciplinary barier-breaking，dynamic adjustment，and subject empowerment. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical paths for "Double First-Class"universities to optimize talent training models and improve the quality of compound talent training.
