AbstractAs acore componentof teachingquality evaluation in ideologicaland political courses,traditional models of student evaluation of teaching (SET)are unable to met the demands of high-quality development in the digital era.This paper,grounded inthe macro contextof digital education,proposesa "Five Dimensions andFiveDegrees"modelofSET, encompassing evaluationcapability,indicatorsystem,organizationand implementation,dynamic feedback,and platform construction.The modelaims toenhance thereliability,validitydepth,accuracy,andefectivenessof evaluations.By leveraging digitaltechnologies throughout theevaluation process,thestudyoffers a practical framework forimproving both the teaching qualityand the educational efectiveness of ideological and political courses in higher education.
