AbstractAs acore componentof teachingquality evaluation in ideologicaland political courses，traditional models of student evaluation of teaching （SET）are unable to met the demands of high-quality development in the digital era.This paper，grounded inthe macro contextof digital education，proposesa "Five Dimensions andFiveDegrees"modelofSET， encompassing evaluationcapability，indicatorsystem，organizationand implementation，dynamic feedback，and platform construction.The modelaims toenhance thereliability，validitydepth，accuracy，andefectivenessof evaluations.By leveraging digitaltechnologies throughout theevaluation process，thestudyoffers a practical framework forimproving both the teaching qualityand the educational efectiveness of ideological and political courses in higher education.
