AbstractForging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation constitutes the central task of ethnic afairs in the newera，as wellas acrucial misionofideological and politicaleducation inhigher education.Asa vital platform for cultivating young Marxists，the "Young Marxists"Project （Qingma Gongcheng） plays a significant role in nurturing a new generation capable ofshouldering the mision of nationalrejuvenation through the integration ofthis consciousnes.This articleexaminesthetheoretical foundations，practical necesities，achievements，and existingchallenges，proposingthe constructionofalong-term mechanism forintegrating theconsciousnessof the Chinese national community intothe "Young Marxists" Project. The framework encompasss multiple dimensions： organizational leadership，curiculum optimization， practical education，assessmentand evaluation，andsupportiveguarantees，therebyofferingactionable pathways toance the qualityof talent cultivation and strengthenyoung students'identification with the Chinese nationalcommunity.
