AbstractAgainstthe backdrop of rapid digitaleconomicdevelopment,thedigitaland intellgent transformationof industries hasplaced higherdemandsonthedigitaland intelligent literacyofhigher vocationalcommerceandbusiness talents.Asacucialinkcoectingducationand industryindustyducationntegrationprovidesaneffctivepatayfor cultivating digitalandintellgentliteracyamong higher vocationalcommercestudents.Thearticleanalyzes currntisues in theultivationofdigitaladintellgentliteracyforhighervocationalcommercestudents,includinginsufficientitegationof digitaland intellgentliteracywithcommereandbusinessprofessioalcompetencies,inadequatealignmentofcurculawith thedigitalandintellgentneedsofidustries,lmitedcoverageofdigitaandntellgenttraing,andashortageoffacultywith compositecapabilities.To address these issues,the study proposes specific strategies fromfour aspects:deep integrationof digitaland inteligent literacywith commerceandbusinessprofessionalcompetencies,theconstructionof acurriculum system integrating commerce and digital intelligence, the development of a collaborative teaching and training platfom betwee schoolsandenterprises,andtheestablishmentofa"dual-qualification,dual-capability"facultyteam,aiming to provide practical reference for thecultivation of digital and intelligent talents in higher vocational commerce.
