AbstractAs the cornerstone and pillar industryof China's economic construction,the steel industry has developed rapidly after more than 40 years ofreform and opening up,and has built the world's largest and most complete steel industrysystem.Drivenbythedual goalsof"dualcarbon"andintellgentmanufacturing,thestelindustryhasputforward a greater demand for composite talents who understand processes,refine dataand are good at inovation.The article combines thecurrentsituationofintellgent gree technologyinthesteelindustryfocuses onthecharacteristicsofhigher education continuing education,and systematically proposes a talent cultivation strategy that adapts to the needs of industry transformation, with continuing education as the main channel,starting from four dimensions: curriculum system construction,faculty level, teaching mode,and thecombination of industry,academia,research and application.
