AbstractWith all-media technologies being widely adopted insocialcommunication，the landscape ofred cultural education inuniversities hasevolved considerably.This study examines how the technical features and communicative strengths of all-media platforms can create value for red cultural nurturing on campus， while proposing actionable strategie to overcome existing pain points and improve educational outcomes. The findings aimto inform institutional efforts to optimize red cultural education models within contemporary media environments.
