Abstract College students often face varying degrees of psychological distress in dealing with interpersonal interactionsand setbacks,which not only affect their daily learning and life,but also pose higher requirements for mentalhealth education inuniversities.Basedonthis,this study explores the significanceofthe infiltrationof positive psychology into mental health education inuniversities,and proposes a series of infiltration strategies to provide practical reference for mental health educators in universities.
