Construction and Implementation of a Multidimensional Evaluation Model for Practical Training Courses of Security Inspection Program

AbstractIn response to the problems of the traditional evaluation model of security profesional training courses being disconnected from job requirementsand havingasingle evaluation dimension，thisarticlecombines thedemand of the securityindustryforcomposite talents，andconstructs amulti-dimensionalevaluation modelwitha"four-in-one" evaluationsubjectand "three dimensions and six categories"evaluation content.It clarifies the construction principles and indicator weights，proposes an implementation path that covers pre preparation， phased implementation，and guarantee mechanisms，and demonstrates the feasibilityof the model through logical deduction. Research has shown that this modelcan enhance theobjectivityand industryrecognitionof evaluation，effectivelyconnect with the "post course competition certificate"，and provide practical reference for the reformof evaluation of security inspection professional training courses.

随着航空、轨道交通等领域的快速发展，安检行业对从业人员的专业技能与职业素养提出更高的要求，而传统安检专业实训课程评价模式存在主体单一、重结果轻过程、与岗位标准脱节等问题，难以满足人才培养需求。（剩余4474字）
