Research on the Teaching Reform Path of Medical Laboratory Technology Major Driven by Artificial Intelligence

AbstractWiththedeep penetration ofartificial inteligence technologyinthe medical field,the medical laboratory technologyindustryisundergoingchanges,andtraditional medicallaboratory technology profesionalteaching is nolonger abletomeettheneedsofindustrydevelopment.Thearticlefirstdefinesthecoreconceptsofartificialinteligenceandmedical laboratorytechnologyteaching.Secondly,itanalyzes heproblems thatexistintheteaching ofmedicallaboratorytechology inthe era ofartificialintelligence,suchas thedisconnectionbetween thecurriculumsystemand AIdevelopment,difculty in adapting teaching modes toAIpractical needs,and insufcient AIliteracyofthe teachingstaff.Finallyitproposesa practical reform path from three aspects: curiculum system reconstruction,teaching mode innovation,and teacher team construction,aiming toprovidereference forcultivating high-qualitymedical laboratorytchnologytalents thatmeetidustry needs and promote the high-quality development of medical laboratory technology teaching.
