Research on the Teaching Reform Path of Medical Laboratory Technology Major Driven by Artificial Intelligence

AbstractWiththedeep penetration ofartificial inteligence technologyinthe medical field，the medical laboratory technologyindustryisundergoingchanges，andtraditional medicallaboratory technology profesionalteaching is nolonger abletomeettheneedsofindustrydevelopment.Thearticlefirstdefinesthecoreconceptsofartificialinteligenceandmedical laboratorytechnologyteaching.Secondly，itanalyzes heproblems thatexistintheteaching ofmedicallaboratorytechology inthe era ofartificialintelligence，suchas thedisconnectionbetween thecurriculumsystemand AIdevelopment，difculty in adapting teaching modes toAIpractical needs，and insufcient AIliteracyofthe teachingstaff.Finallyitproposesa practical reform path from three aspects： curiculum system reconstruction，teaching mode innovation，and teacher team construction，aiming toprovidereference forcultivating high-qualitymedical laboratorytchnologytalents thatmeetidustry needs and promote the high-quality development of medical laboratory technology teaching.
