高质量发展视域下高职院校实习精细化管理策略研究

AbstractUnder the strategic background ofpromoting high-qualityeconomic developmentin thecountry，intemships， as a key link connecting vocational education and industry positions，have become the core lever for improving the quality oftalent cultivation through the refined transformationof their management mode. Onthe basis ofsummarizing the era connotation of high-quality developmentand the concept of refined management，this article systematically sorts out the specific requirements of high-qualitydevelopment for refined management of internships in vocational collges fromfour dimensions：jobdemandorientation，process controlcore，school enterprisecolaborationsupport，and fundamental student development. At the same time，focusing on the construction ofinstitutional system，strengthening of whole process management， depening of school enterprise collaboration mode， improvement ofcomprehensive guarantee system，and establishmentof diversified evaluation mechanism，practical and feasible refined management strategisforintemshipsare proposed，aming to providereference forvocationalcollges tooptimize intemship management proces，improve intermshipqualityandcultivate high-quality technical andskilled talents that met industryneeds.
