AbstractToexplore the impactofruralpreschoolteachers'senseofplaceontheir willngness tostay，thisarticleconducted asurvey onthesenseofplace and wilingnessto stayof512 rural preschoolteachers inseven provinces ofChina.Theresults showtha teachers'sense of place is generally above average， while their wilingnessto leave is moderatelyabove average; Aftercontrollingfor populationandjobcharacteristics， there is asignificantpositive corelationbetweensenseof placeand wilingness tostaywithtestrongestassociationbeingemotionalattachment.Thereisnosignificantcorrelationbetween resourceutilzation，andfactorssuchasstaffingandjobitlescanalsoaffect wilingnesstostay.Basedonthis，thearticle proposesamultidimensional colaborative strategy：firstly，tostrengthen theemotionalfoundationthrough lifeoriented infiltrationand guarantee based care;Thesecond is to promote practical implementation through training，resources，and scenarios; The third is to strengthen the backing of systems，resources，and evaluations.
