AbstractToexplore the impactofruralpreschoolteachers'senseofplaceontheir willngness tostay,thisarticleconducted asurvey onthesenseofplace and wilingnessto stayof512 rural preschoolteachers inseven provinces ofChina.Theresults showtha teachers'sense of place is generally above average, while their wilingnessto leave is moderatelyabove average; Aftercontrollingfor populationandjobcharacteristics, there is asignificantpositive corelationbetweensenseof placeand wilingness tostaywithtestrongestassociationbeingemotionalattachment.Thereisnosignificantcorrelationbetween resourceutilzation,andfactorssuchasstaffingandjobitlescanalsoaffect wilingnesstostay.Basedonthis,thearticle proposesamultidimensional colaborative strategy:firstly,tostrengthen theemotionalfoundationthrough lifeoriented infiltrationand guarantee based care;Thesecond is to promote practical implementation through training,resources,and scenarios; The third is to strengthen the backing of systems,resources,and evaluations.
