AbstractStarting from constructivist learning theory and multimedia learning cognitive theory，this article systematically constructs the application path of SPOC teaching mode basedon the characteristics of advanced mathematicsdiscipline，includingtheconstructionofhigh-quality teachingresources，scientific teaching processdesign， andtheconstructionofadiversifiedteaching evaluationsystem.Through specific teaching practice，clarifytheapplication objects，implementapplication measures，andanalyze theapplicationeffectivenessfromtwodimensions：studenteaming effectand teacher teaching efficiency.Research hasshownthatthe SPOC teaching modelcaneffectively enhance the pertinenceandeffectivenessofadvanced mathematics teaching，helpstudents break throughthe bottleneckofabstract thinking，and provideapracticalparadigm forthereformofadvanced mathematicsteaching thatcanbereferenced. SPOC是在大规模开放在线课程（MOOC）的基础上发展而来的混合式教学模式，其核心特征在于“小规模”与"限制性”一通过限定选课人数，实现线上学习与线下教学的深度融合，保留了MOOC优质在线资源的优势，且依托线下课堂实现师生、生生间的深度互动，有效弥补了纯线上教学缺乏交流、纯线下教学资源有限的不足。（剩余4525字）
