AbstractThearticle analyzes the current situation ofcultivating colege students' psychological resilienceunder the health and physical education curriculum model,and finds that there is a disconnect betweencuriculum design and psychologicalresilience cultivation,isufficient professionalablities ofteachers,andlowsudentparticipationenthusiasm. It then proposes targeted strategies such as optimizing curiculum objectives,reconstructing content,innovating teaching methods,improving evaluationsystems,and innovatingafter-schoolextensionmethods toprovidespecificandactionable solutionsforcollge physicaleducation teachers tocarryout psychologicalresilience cultivation,helping collgestudents improve their psychological resilience and better cope with challenges in their growth.
