A Four-level Linkage Mechanism for Preventing Psychological Crises among College Students with Counselors as Nodes

AbstractThe article focuses on the four-level linkage mechanism of "university-collge-class-dormitory"，deeply analyzes itsconnotationandtheroleofcounselors asnodes init，andthroughcurrentsituationinvestigation，sortsoutthe actual situation ofpsychological crisis prevention work cariedout byuniversities under this mechanism.Itanalyzes the core problems such asunclearresponsibilities atall levels，non-standard operation processes，and inadequate guarantee measures. On this basis，from three dimensions of clarifying responsibilities at all levels，standardizing operational processes，and improving safeguard measures，a specific path is proposed to construct a collaborative mechanism for preventing psychological crises among collge students through the four levelsof "university-college-class-dormitory" linkage with counselors as nodes.The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical guidanceforuniversities to enhancethe systematic，colaborative，andeffectivepreventionofpsychological crises，andtohelpcollege students grow up psychologically healthy and promote harmonious and stable development on campus.
